Soly's Cupcake Bouqcakes is the brainchild of Maidenhead-based husband and wife team  Maj & Soly who have combined their backgrounds as a botanist, horticulturist and baker, to create exquisite, heavenly and mind-blowingly realistic-looking cupcakes made to resemble almost any flower or plant.

Soly was born a baker!  She began her culinary baking journey in the kitchen alongside her mother and grandmother aged 5 and by the time she was 8 her insatiable obsession with creating tasty treats, pastries, cakes and Cupcakes for the entire family had taken hold. By the time she was 18, Soly had immersed herself in experimenting with flavours and fusions focusing on recreating life-like and delectable creations of floral cakes and cupcakes which are virtually impossible to distinguish from the real thing.

Maj was born into a farming family. A horticulturist and botanist by trade, Maj had initially studied to become a marine biologist and gradually branched into marine botany before cultivating his passion for botany. Drawing his inspiration from his extended travels across South East Asia, the Middle East and Europe. Like Soly,  Maj obsesses over every detail of the Cupcakes designs striving to bring the realism of flowers and plants to Soly's exquisite creations.
